Compensation Range: $150-175k per year.
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

The VP of Marketing manages the digital marketing strategy and team; collaborates on internal and external company communications and collateral, content development, collateral material creation to build B2B/B2C preference and demand for Discovery Behavioral health treatment programs. This includes onboarding of new centers and reporting of key performance indicators of all centers to ensure success.
· Must ensure the effectiveness of all promotions in accordance with the policies of the organization, HIPAA and other industry regulatory agencies.
· Responsible for the development, implementation, budgeting, monitoring, and updating of each brand’s integrated, multi-channel marketing plan.
· Optimizes existing marketing campaigns to reduce costs and improve conversions.
· Identifies and coordinates the implementation of new acquisition opportunities, such as sponsorships, lead nurturing.
· Works collaboratively and cooperatively with each facility, the clinical outreach and operations teams.
· Oversees the seamless and timely processing of LegitScript certifications.
· Participates in MOR meetings and all meetings relevant to the production of marketing materials, collateral materials and key messaging.
· Assists with special events including the national sales conference and other events and programs as deemed necessary by the VP, Marketing & Sales.
· Works closely with Creative Director, Content Manager/Writers and oversees Content Creator for the production artist to create collateral, print and digital.
· Oversees Digital Program manager to ensure sound digital, social media and digital strategies. Responds to specific needs of each facility for collateral or promotional programs.
· Oversees/collaborates on content for internal communications, assisting in creation of content for CEO, SVP Human Resources and other senior management on companywide initiatives
· Participates in other marketing activities as deemed necessary by manager.
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing OR equivalent related experience.
· Minimum seven years of experience in public relations, marketing, advertising, ecommerce or communications experience.
· A track record of effectively dealing with senior level executives, mental health professionals.
· Experienced manager/leader who can motivate and drive a small team of skilled professionals
· Experience with social media, digital media and traditional media.
· Knowledge of marketing practices and research. Skill in conducting and evaluating marketing research and statistical computations to implement marketing communications strategies.
· Strong communication and relationship building skills; excellent interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communications skills and the ability to represent the organization with impeccable integrity and sound judgement.
· Work in direct-to-consumer retail a plus.
