Compensation Range: $30-40 per hour.
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience
This is a temporary position with the possibility to become permanent.
Reporting to the Director of People Applications, the People Applications Specialist administers, develops, and researches core Human Capital Management (HCM or People) and Clinical Services & Quality Management (CSQM) Applications (Dayforce, Smartrecruiters, Peakon, Zavanta, Agiloft and Origami). Configures systems to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR (Human Resources) functions, including benefits/compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations. This position will also be responsible for supporting integrations, defining solution requirements, as well as providing ongoing system optimization and training efforts.
Essential Job Functions: This role requires a self-motivated, detail oriented, positive, collaborative, and organized individual with the ability to maintain flexibility and take ownership of projects and processes. Must be a problem solver and address issues in a timely manner. Additionally:
- Monitor and triage issues within core people systems environment (including integrations with various applications)
- Build and/or modify XML Forms, custom fields, dashboards; maintain and develop custom records
- Work with Director to implement new feature rollouts and new functionality to scale the business; test release upgrades
- document requirements for configuration changes; work with departments to create applicable guides
- Work with business users to understand their processes and suggest process improvements
- Analyze reporting requirements; write and maintain custom reports for end users
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with a team
- Provide technical support to clients as needed
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and revisions of end-user and system documentation
· Serves as a liaison between the HR team and payroll, IT (Information Technology), Accounting, and others with regards to HR systems and enhancements
· Facilitate year-end related activities for HR and Payroll
- Maintain core People systems policies and procedures
- Support ongoing expansion of the business, including matters associated with geographic expansion, mergers, and acquisitions, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Minimum 2-4 years’ experience working with people systems in the healthcare industry preferred
· Experience with Dayforce, Smartrecruiters, Peakon, Agiloft, Zavanta, and/or Origami administration, reporting, and management preferred
· Experience in maintenance of core People system integrations
· Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
· Ability to provide clear, concise, and timely communications on critical issues
· Ability to translate and convey technical issues into laymen’s terms
· Ability to interact and work well with others
