Compensation Range: $110-150k per year.
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

The Regional Director of Admissions provides oversight and direction to the Admissions Assistant, Trainees, Admissions Coordinators, and Admissions Administrators. The Regional Director of Admissions interacts with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure that they have an exceptional experience. In addition, this person in this role is responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the Admissions Department. The Regional Director of Admissions acts as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training Coordinators properly and adhering to company policy.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and direction to Admissions staff in accordance with the department’s and organization’s policies and procedures
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesion
- Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.
- Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 – 4 years of experience in Behavior Healthcare field preferred
- Exceeds all Job requirements/competencies for Admissions Administrator
- 2 -4 years of experience in Admissions with a proven record of exceptional performance
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance contracts, benefits and authorization process
- Comprehensive knowledge of EMR and CRM
- Comprehensive knowledge of Discovery Admissions Department Training materials
