Compensation Range: $21-23 per hour
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

The Recovery Coach Supervisor serves as a member of the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Team, providing support to the client throughout their treatment stay. The Recovery Coach Supervisor oversees each Recovery Coach’s assigned caseload of clients. The supervisor will meet with each Recovery Coach to address any client barriers to engaging in a recovery program during or after treatment. The Recovery Coach Supervisor uses their experience to assist the Recovery Coaches in helping the clients develop a sober support network and to utilize the tools that they are learning as part of their treatment plan. The Recovery Coach Supervisor will assist the Recovery Coaches with their ability to communicate effectively with clients in early recovery and handle crisis situations as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Meets with the Recovery Coaches before each shift to come up with the plan for the day.
- Meets with Coaches individually at minimum once a week to review Recovery Plans.
- Assists the coaches in orienting the client to the facility, program and its schedule.
- Oversees and Develops Recovery Coach plans for facilitating groups, activities, and literature studies.
- Meets with clients and coaches to plan weekend activities and ensures that planned activities are followed and reported back to supervisors.
- Meets with clinical supervisors to gain collateral information on clients that will help in developing recovery based plans for the clients.
- Assists Recovery Coaches with orientation groups
- Handles all Group Leader meetings with the clients and coaches.
- Oversees and participates in all 72 hour meetings by helping the Recovery Coaches and making sure the proper peers are attending.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to Supervise
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- One year of experience working within a treatment program or recovery community.
- 12 Step knowledge preferred.
- Recovery Coach training preferred.
