This position has a $2,000 sign on bonus!
Compensation Range: $70-$85,000/annually
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

The Program Therapist provides and oversees treatment services as defined in the daily schedule and assists with supervision and facility management. The combined responsibilities of clinical and administrative supervision/management are key to the success of the treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Ensures clinical documentation is completed timely throughout the course of treatment and meets clinical quality standards outlined in policies.
- Completes and responds to documentation requirements and timelines to ensure compliance with the monthly medical record review, per the Medical Record Review Policy.
- Responsible for maintaining a caseload
- Responsible for the case management of the patient record, including assessments, individual treatment plan based on patient’s needs, session notes, discharge plan and clinical discharge summary
- Facilitation of process and psychoeducation groups
- Responsible for family and social support involvement and documenting in patient record
- Attends weekly treatment team and/or clinical meetings
- Serves as a liaison with multidisciplinary treatment team
- Participates in company trainings, webinars, individual and group supervision, and related meetings
This is a full time position at our residential eating disorder treatment program in Mclean, VA.

- Master or Doctorate degree in relevant field
- One year experience working in behavioral healthcare
- Currently hold clinical license in the state in which you are applying
