New Hope Ranch is a residential treatment center focusing on prevention, assessment, treatment, and reintegration for people suffering from substance abuse. Services are provided on our beautiful 49-acre ranch just 15 minutes from downtown Austin Texas

Compensation range starting at $100,000/Annually

Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

Job Description

The Facility Program Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. This position manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employee(s) and is responsible in part, for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes credibility throughout the organization and with executive management as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. ​
  • Provides daily onsite leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
  • Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Participates in the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Collaborates with the executive management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
  • Motivates and leads a high-performance team; attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the team not currently in place; provides mentoring as a cornerstone to career development as needed.
  • Acts as lead “client-care officer” through direct contact with every client and partner.
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Represents the brand with patients, families and communities.

This is a full-time position that will work onsite at our facility.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 plus years in various management/leadership roles, required
  • Must have experience in the Healthcare Industry, preferably in the Behavioral Healthcare Industry
