Compensation Range: $90-$115k
Compensation will be dependent upon education and experience.

The Executive Director is responsible directing and supporting the assigned programs to maximize their productivity and excellence. This role works closely with the Regional Vice President and the Regional Director of West Coast Operations of Center for Discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees day to day operations of assigned programs and analyzes Key Performance Indicators of each program to ensure the embodiment of the organizational values of access to care and clinical quality.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate systems, policies, and procedures in each program.
- Ensures programs are in compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and requirements of third-party payers.
- Collaborates with Regional Director to identify areas of improvement within programs and solution focused plans of action.
- Understands and works with the Regional Director to analyze financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to promote effective use of program(s) resources and alignment to budget.
- Works collaboratively with Human Resources department to lead team and establish a trusting and productive department. This includes carrying out essential HR functions for direct reports (i.e. hiring, annual reviews, performance management, and personnel improvement plans).
- Serves as representative for Center for Discovery by collaborating with the Clinical Outreach Representatives to establish and maintain positive relationships with the community.
- Participate in clinical/administrative on call rotation within facility(s).
- Assists with clinical work in the program(s) (if applicable) and engages patients in a meaningful and supportive recovery process..
- Supports staff by helping with any job duties in the facility, as they need to be completed, and creating a culture where all contribute to provide high quality care to our patients.
Compensation Range: $90-115k
Compensation is dependent upon education and experience.
This full-time position is in-person at our Mesa Adolescent Residential Program. It has a schedule of Monday-Friday and includes being part of an on-call rotation.

- Master’s Degree or Doctorate, required
- Minimum of three years of management experience in the healthcare industry, required
- Eating Disorder experience, required
- Obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire
- Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
- Obtain ServSafe certification within 90 day of hire
- Must possess a current driver’s license and be in good standing
