Compensation Range: $70-95k per year.
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

The Employee Resource Group (ERG) Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and promoting employee resource groups within the organization. This role focuses on fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace by supporting ERG initiatives that align with the company’s culture and business objectives. The ERG Manager will collaborate with HR Business Partners, DEI leaders (if any), and ERG leaders to provide strategic direction, ensure engagement, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning & Implementation:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive ERG strategy that supports the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
o Work closely with HR Business Partners, operations leadership, and ERG leads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Create policies, guidelines, and processes to support the effective management of ERGs.
o Establish KPIs and track the performance and impact of ERGs on employee engagement, retention, and DEI objectives.
o Lead effort to establish and maintain Heritage Month activities.
· ERG Program Management:
o Support the formation and sustainability of ERGs, providing guidance on governance, leadership development, and resources.
o Organize and manage meetings, events, and initiatives that support ERG goals, including education, networking, and cultural awareness.
o Assist ERG leaders in developing annual plans and budgets for their respective groups.
o Partner with internal communication teams to promote ERG activities and success stories across the organization.
· Leadership & Development:
o Provide mentorship and coaching to ERG leaders to enhance their leadership skills and drive engagement within their groups.
o Facilitate workshops, training, and learning opportunities to increase the effectiveness of ERG leaders and members.
o Provide training on topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
o Collaborate with ERG leaders to create opportunities for professional development, networking, and personal growth for all employees.
· Collaboration & Partnership:
o Partner with HR Business Partners, HR leaders, and business leaders to identify areas where ERGs can impact recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
o Collaborate with external organizations, community groups, and diversity partners to expand the impact of ERGs and bring best practices into the organization.
o Serve as a liaison between ERG leaders and senior leadership to ensure that ERGs have visibility and support.
Data & Reporting:
o Collect, analyze, and report on data related to employee engagement (Peakon), ERG activities, membership growth, and overall impact on the organization.
o Provide regular updates to leadership on the progress of ERGs and their alignment with the DBH’s objectives.
o Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in ERG programming based on data analysis.
o Obtain and assemble data to provide periodic company demographic, Environmental Social Governance and Joint Commission Health Equity Social Needs reporting as needed by Private Equity Partners, other company related entities, local governments and/or credentialing organizations.

· Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.
· DEI Certification
· 1-3 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) or Employee Resource Group management, human resources, or organizational development.
· Proven experience in leading ERG initiatives within a corporate environment.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across diverse teams.
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Experience with data collection, reporting, and metrics related to DEI and employee engagement.
