Compensation Range: $15-17 per hour

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef or designee, the Dishwasher will maintain a neat and organized dish room. Set up the dish room and the pot sink for the shift. Make sure dishes and flatware is clean and ready for service.
Responsibilities
- Before starting dishes, run a test cycle and check for the proper temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit on the wash and rinse cycles.
- Check the sanitizer strength with a test strip.
- Log the temperature for all three meals and compare for PH levels (100.p.p.m – 200.p.p.m)
- Bus tables after meals in the dining or patio area.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans after meals and during preparation.
- Set up tables for next service
- Clean dish area
- Sweep and mop floors
- Take out trash
- Cleaning or other duties that may contribute to a safe and sanitary kitchen.
This is a full-time position that will work Monday-Sunday. Shifts will be 6:30am - 2:30pm or 11:00pm - 7:00pm
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of sobriety is required
- On-the-job training is provided, no experience is necessary
- Knowledge of industry standards related to safety, sanitization and infection control is preferred
