PaRC -Prevention and Recovery Center is a nationally recognized residential treatment center in Houston, TX offering treatment for substance use disorder and those who suffer from Dual Diagnosis. Compensation Range: $120-135k per year.
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

The Director of Operations is part of the treatment team, maintaining the wellbeing of clients and integrity of the program. Provides direct supervision of the following: Milieu Manager, Behavioral Health Technicians and supervisors, Operations and Environmental Services staff. Assures the program policies and procedures are followed by staff and in compliance with State of Texas and Joint Commission standards and regulations. This position reports to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of standards of practice.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Code of Ethics.
- Knowledge of all functions within the organization.
- Works closely with management within Casa Palmera and Discovery Behavioral Health.
- Provides well-managed facilities, well-trained staff.
- Supervises maintenance and operations staff.
- Provides for clear lines of responsibility and accountability within all departments.
- Communicates effectively up and down the organizational chart.
- Oversees general daily operations.
- Provides reports for COO and monitors key performance indicators.
- Participates in leadership meetings.
- Plans, organizes and directs services and special programming for clients.
- Manages the company fleet.
- Responsible for purchases and invoicing, contracts with outside vendors.
- Maintains staffing grids and monitors overtime for Behavioral Health Technicians, Operations and maintenance teams.
- Perform all duties assigned and delegated by the CEO.
This is a full-time position that will work Monday-Friday with on call scheduled.

- Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years in the corporate and health care or related fields required.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
- Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written skills.
- Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws
