Compensation Range: $85-110k

Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Clinical Outreach Representative to join our team at Discovery Behavioral Health. As a Clinical Outreach Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our healthcare services and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and the community. Your efforts will contribute to increasing awareness, facilitating referrals, and supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the community to raise awareness about our healthcare services and initiatives.
• Participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach programs to promote our organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, clinics, and referral sources.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals both internal and externally to streamline the referral process and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Provide education and training sessions to healthcare providers and community members on our services and relevant medical topics.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities, develop plans, and implement marketing campaigns
• Collect and analyze data on community needs, referral patterns, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and clinical staff, to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing outreach activities, findings, and recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, or sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with lead generation and territory analysis
• Knowledge of healthcare services, medical terminology, and industry trends.
• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the community as needed.
