Job description
Casa Palmera is a nationally recognized sub-acute residential treatment center in San Diego, California offering drug rehabilitation, treatment for alcohol addiction as well as treatment for mood disorders and anxiety and trauma disorders. Casa Palmera is staffed with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and nurses who work together to help each patient move forward within a caring community.

Compensation Range: $20-23 hourly
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

The Alumni Coordinator will reach out to alumni over the phone with the purpose of gathering data. They will assess to see if the alumni have any treatment needs that Casa Palmera can assist them with. They will update alumni on upcoming alumni events and encourage them to participate in the Casa community. They will maintain oversite of alumni app, and alumni social media accounts.
Responsibilities
- Alumni Outreach Coordinators will report to the Supervisor, Patient Operations Manager during their scheduled shift.
- Assist the Patient Operations Manager in activities and events.
- Contact alumni and acquire the information requested on the “Alumni Outreach Script.”
- Document all the pertinent information from each phone call.
- Keep alumni updated about activities and special events.
- Inform the appropriate department for each alumni’s specifics needs (admissions, discharge planning etc.).
This is a full time position that will work Monday-Wednesday, Friday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm.

- High school Diploma/GED required, Some college preferred
- 2 years training and experience in an inpatient/residential setting
