Compensation range starts at $17 per hour

Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

Job Description

The Alumni Coordinator is responsible for contacting all adult clients and the parents of adolescent clients post-discharge to foster alumni engagement, continuity of care, and HEDIS purposes. The Alumni Coordinator offers support and resources as needed, gathers actionable constructive feedback about the client and family experience, repairs relationships as needed, and screens for the need for readmission.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to clients at regular touchpoints to provide information on alumni services and to facilitate outcome data collection on target indicators
  • Assists facilities in coordinating alumni meetings and events
  • Timely documentation in Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database in Salesforce with contact and demographic information on program alumni
  • Utilization of text/SMS technology to outreach to alumni
  • Coordination of alumni emails & events
  • Regular and accurate tracking and reporting of activities
  • Communicate in sensitive and compassionate manner evidencing thorough understanding of clinical considerations with regard to eating disorders and mental health
  • Familiar with all HIPAA laws and ensure all communication is HIPAA compliant.
  • Works closely with Operations and Business Development to ensure superior coordination of care and expand resource network
  • May be asked to assist in intake and patient registration

This full-time position operates from Monday to Friday, with working hours set between 1:30 PM and 10:00 PM. The role includes rotating weekends, which will be scheduled based on the coordination of weekend Alumni events.

This specific position encompasses Intake Registration Representative responsibilities (obtaining patient consents, collecting financial responsibility, registration in EMR). The ideal candidate will also possess advanced computer skills and event coordination experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years of customer service experience in behavioral health required, SUD preferred
  • Understanding of and ability to communicate with people of all educational and cultural backgrounds.
  • Possesses essential telephone skills
  • General office and/or behavioral health environment, minimum 2 years preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
