Compensation Range: $22-25 per hour
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our home office in Irvine. This position will join the accounts payable group and report directly to the accounts payable manager. The Accounts Payable Specialist must display a professional and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with vendors as invoices are received
- Organize and scan invoices to be entered
- Respond to payment status inquiries
- Verify vendor accounts and request W-9 from new vendors
- Enter vendor invoices in our NetSuite accounting system
- Complete other assignments as needed
This is a full-time position at our corporate office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting preferred
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Excel
